YOGA 101: Introduction to Katonah Yoga®

Every body in nature has a form. Every form tells a story—shaped by time, habits, and experience. To reorganize your form is to rewrite your narrative. Yoga practices are not for getting better at yoga, they are for reorganizing your body to the degree they can be, to live life more fully. Get started with a Joy Yoga practice by signing up for our four-week Yoga 101 course. We'll meet for four Saturdays and go over the fundamentals: basic practices, how to use props, beginning breathwork, and the framework of the body as a house.
